Stefanie Werner, Registered Architect (US), LEED AP (US), Certified Passive House Designer (CPHD)

Stefanie Werner obtained a Master of Architecture at the Bauhaus Universität Weimar in Germany.  She received the Erasmus Scholarship for architectural studies abroad at Universtat Politecnica de Catalunya in Barcelona, Spain.  

Stefanie started her practice in Germany and Spain, before coming to the US in 1999.  She has worked for several US firms on projects ranging from high-end single-family homes and residential renovations to affordable/low income multi-family and special needs housing.  Her work has won several awards.

Stefanie designed a library for an underserved area of northern Ghana and served as President of the Cape Cod Modern House Trust. She has been a guest critic at the New Jersey Technology Council, Pratt Institute and is adjunct professor at the New York School of Interior Design.

David Burdett, ARB Registered Architect (UK)

David Burdett received a Post Graduate Diploma in Architectural Practice Management from the De Montfort University, and both his BA and Graduate Diploma in Architecture from Leicester Polytechnic.

David started working in the field of architecture at the age of 18 and gathered a wide range of experience in the UK. In 2001 he came to work in the US. His experience ranges from new construction, residential renovations, and award winning conversions of historical buildings. Among David’s projects in the US are a medium rise new construction apartment building, special needs housing and apartment renovations. He is also experienced in the design of ecclesiastical, educational, and healthcare buildings.

David is adjunct professor at the New York School of Interior Design.
