We created a a built in which serves a dual purpose. It covers the unsightly PTAC unit and at the same time creates a low cabinet for sweaters and pajamas.

This built in performs a number of functions, the far end provides office storage including a space for a printer and supplies, the central area contains media equipment and adjustable/removable shelving for books and display. All surrounded by adjustable bookshelves.
A millwork wall containing the medicine cabinet and radiator, with cantilevered vanity. The medicine cabinet is set to the side of the vanity to maximize storage space and create a clean white balance to the fully tiled walls of the bathroom.

The grills in this design are powder coated to blend with the white lacquer millwork to create a simple back drop to the boldly colored furnishings and art.
